UPDATE - November 07 - MaeJoy is confirmed pregnant by Escalade.
September 07: MaeJoy had a beautiful white boy. Accoyo density + Hemingway fineness = All American boy, Harley!
Update : April 07 - I can only think of two words when I look out my window and see MaeJoy in the pasture. The same two that popped into my mind when I saw her father, Godfather, for the first time. "Brick House". She is dense, soft, and crimpy. She is expecting her first cria, by Haldane, in September 07. I expect the Hemingway line to improve MaeJoy's fineness, while holding on to that Accoyo line density.
MaeJoy is the latest addition to WingNut. She is a daughter of the incredible Accoyo Godfather and an imported full Chilean female, QIA SOLEIL SOLEIL IMPORTC98. I love Godfather's offspring, especially my own "Sting", but really wanted a female. MaeJoy is incredibly soft, with a 5 inch staple at 11 months. She has wonderful brightness and crimp to her fleece.
MaeJoy is not for sale at this time. I expect her to be one of the cornerstones of my "light" breeding program.
